Portage Dental Rehab has proudly served the Portage, Indiana area for over 20 years. Our office on Lute Road is located just South of Route 6, and east of Willowcreek Road, making for a convenient location for Portage families.
We accept nearly all types of insurance
At Portage Dental Rehab Center we believe everyone deserves to receive great dental care. That is why we accept many insurance plans that other local dental offices in Portage do not. We happily accept Indiana Medicaid - Hoosier Healthwise Insurance as well as most PPO's and traditional insurance plans. We also offer financing through CareCredit to help with procedures that are not 100% covered by insurance.
